MOWI Supreme salmon is at least 2 years old when carefully taken from the pure waters of Norway. It then weighs between 4 and 8 kg.
It is cut into fillets within 2 hours. This guarantees a firm fish, with a beautiful solid structure and a marbled texture, rich in Omega-3.
MOWI Supreme Fresh is raised in a responsible way and carries the ASC certificate.

With one year longer at sea, the MOWI Supreme salmon have truly reaped the benefits of their special feed, making their color even stronger and more intense. With less fat, they are optimal for our traditional rope smoking – creating a true, one of a kind smoked salmon experience.
Each MOWI Supreme is prepared, salted and hung from the smokehouse strings by our skilled experts. Respecting the traditional art of smoking. It is then ready for a slow, vertical smoking on beech wood which gives this pleasant sensation of intense taste.
